Department Overview
The purpose of Supply Chain & Operations is to deliver exceptional value and customer experience through agility, speed, and collaboration. Job Description
Complete order management / order cycle for internal and external customers by performing various activities:
Order entry
Change order process
Holds management in close cooperation with: finance, credit, export control, product groups, PM’s, sales etc.
Providing information about order status
Coordination of orders with other Supply Chain departments
Adapting to a fast-paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time on all requests while maintaining the ability to refocus quickly if business needs dictate
Handling customer complaints
Providing Sales support with regards to order management, customer queries
Basic Requirements
Excellent Business English and communication skills
Self-motivated, with an attitude for customer satisfaction
Detail oriented, organized and a strong multi-tasker
Ability to work well under pressure
Collaborative, likes to work in teams
Good Problem Solving Skills
Proactive
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
University degree (bachelor of business administration / master) or comparable
Minimum 1 year of work experience in relevant field and customer focused environment
