Job Description

Complete order management / order cycle for internal and external customers by performing various activities:

  • Order entry

  • Change order process

  • Holds management in close cooperation with: finance, credit, export control, product groups, PM’s, sales etc.

  • Providing information about order status

  • Coordination of orders with other Supply Chain departments

  • Adapting to a fast-paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time on all requests while maintaining the ability to refocus quickly if business needs dictate

  • Handling customer complaints

  • Providing Sales support with regards to order management, customer queries


Basic Requirements

  • Excellent Business English and communication skills

  • Self-motivated, with an attitude for customer satisfaction

  • Detail oriented, organized and a strong multi-tasker

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Collaborative, likes to work in teams

  • Good Problem Solving Skills

  • Proactive

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • University degree (bachelor of business administration / master) or comparable

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in relevant field and customer focused environment
