Tasks and Qualifications:
What will you need to do as Lease Accounting (Senior) Specialist in KION?
Firstly - You'll assess new lease contracts to ensure compliance with IFRS 16,
You'll assess amendments in lease contracts,
You'll validate and verify data while conducting qualitative analyses,
You'll act as a point of contact for dedicated business partners,
You'll review reported leasing data at month’s end.

What will you need to succeed in the role?
Must-have :
Good understanding of IFRS, ideally with knowledge of IFRS 16,
Preferably previous experience in another accounting area (R2R, AA, AP, AR),
Graduated (Bachelor, Master or similar) in Business / Finance with a focus on Accounting, professional certification in Accounting, or comparable qualification ,
Desire to become an expert in a specified area of accounting,
Experience with SAP System, ideally also on S4 HANA, as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,
Fluent in English (B2+/C1)
Nice-to-have:
Knowledge of additional language
